Se presentan los datos mensuales de seguimiento a peticiones, quejas, reclamos y sugerencias PQRS, elaborado por la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano, con los resultados del seguimiento, control al trámite y a la respuesta suministrada por las dependencias de la Entidad. Así mismo, se refleja información sobre los tramites y servicios sobre los que los ciudadanos manifiestan inconformidad, y las propuestas de mejoramiento Al Sistema de Atención al Ciudadano.
