Llamadas Tramitadas C4 Bogotá NUSE Línea 123...
Información sobre las llamadas de la comunidad que ingresan al sistema NUSE (Línea 123), que son distribuidas y asignadas automáticamente a los diferentes operadores de recepción ubicados en la SUR (Sala Unificada de Recepción) a través del ACD (Automatic Call Distributor o Distribuidor Automático de Llamadas). El operador de recepción es quien determina si la llamada es procedente o no procedente y realiza la clasificación o tipificación de la misma. Una llamada procedente es aquella en la que se reporta una emergencia o evento de seguridad que amerite el trámite, gestión o alguna información por parte del operador. En tal sentido, la base que se ofrece en el portal de Datos Abiertos, incluye solo los registros de los incidentes tramitados.
