Incidencia de meningitis bacteriana en Bogotá D.C
De acuerdo con la OMS, la meningitis bacteriana es un problema de salud pública debido a que se le atribuye alrededor de 241.000 muertes al año en el mundo. Los agentes causales de la meningitis bacteriana están claramente identificados y principalmente corresponden al Haemophillus influenzae, Streptococus pneumoniae y Neisseria meningitidis.
